Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 1-5 business days

North America: 2-6 weeks

Europe: 1-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Hand-painted shoes (as made to order)

When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information. This helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to place an order, or input your delivery or billing address, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Wix’ data storage, databases and the general Wix’ application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. For example: If a courier service such as Royal Mail, MyHermes or UPS are struggling to make a delivery to you, we may give them your contact information that will assist their delivery.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions. We follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We do use cookies to track information that helps us improve our website experience. Our Cookies collect your login information so our website can recognise you when you log in. As you can see from the little padlock on your Browser bar, we are a secure website with an SSL certificare which encrypts transmission of the data.

SECTION 7 – GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to help us improve our website and understand our customer more. We can not collect personal information about active users however, location can be determined.
