Yes, I work with a special paint that, once is dry, it doesn't come off anymore.

Yes, the shoes can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees (with the delicate cycle setting).

However, as they are delicate, I suggest to opt for a hand washing. Simply dip them in a bucket of warm water and clean them using a damp cloth.

All my items are handmade with love in my little studio.

I do not accept returns on Handpainted shoes, unless they are phisically damaged or faulty.

I glady accept returns on the rest of my products, excluding custom orders.

I do not accept Exchanges or Cancellations, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problem with your order.

Depending on the amount of orders I have, the processing time is 1-2 weeks.

ALL THE OTHER ITEMS:

the processing time is usually 2-4 working days.

For Handpainted shoes:

-UK 🇬🇧: First Class Signed for / 1-2 working days -EUROPE 🇪🇺: International Tracked & Signed / 1-3 weeks -USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND REST OF THE WORLD 🌎: International Tracked and Signed / 2-6 weeks

For other Products:

-UK 🇬🇧: 1-5 working days

-EUROPE 🇪🇺: 1-3 weeks

-USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND REST OF THE WORLD 🌎: 2-6 weeks
